Meet Theresa

Hello, I'm Theresa, and I've been a proud Cuddlist since 2021. My journey to this profession began during a particularly difficult chapter in my life. After the end of my ten-year marriage, I found myself grappling with an overwhelming sense of loneliness. Shared custody arrangements meant that the once-lively sounds of my children playing and laughing were replaced by the quiet ticking of a clock in an apartment that often felt more like a shell than a home.

Although I’ve spent most of my life in the beautiful Marco Island area, surrounded by friends and family, the weight of isolation crept in, proving that physical proximity to loved ones doesn’t always fill the emotional void. It was during this time of vulnerability and reflection that a close friend began visiting me regularly. We’d spend evenings watching movies, sharing meals, and simply being present with one another. Those moments became a lifeline, reminding me of the profound power of connection and touch.

It dawned on me how many others might be experiencing similar struggles—feeling unseen, unheard, or simply in need of human warmth and companionship. That realization became my call to action. With a heart full of compassion and a deep desire to make a difference, I decided to channel my natural gifts into helping others in my community find comfort and connection. Becoming a Cuddlist has allowed me to provide a safe and nurturing space for people to feel supported, valued, and truly cared for.
