Customer Agreement for Professional Cuddling Services

This Customer Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Cuddle Marco , and the undersigned customer ("Customer"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern the professional cuddling services provided by the Company to the Customer. By engaging in cuddling sessions, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the following terms:

  1. Cuddling Services: The Company offers professional cuddling services designed to provide platonic and non-sexual human touch for the purpose of emotional support and well-being.

  2. Informed Consent: The Customer acknowledges that they have provided informed consent to engage in cuddling sessions. They understand that the cuddling sessions are strictly platonic and any inappropriate behavior, language, or advances are strictly prohibited.

  3. Personal Boundaries: The Company and the Customer agree to maintain clear and respectful boundaries during the cuddling sessions. The Customer retains the right to communicate their comfort levels and personal boundaries at any time during the session.

  4. Professional Cuddler's Boundaries: The Customer understands that the professional cuddler is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. The professional cuddler's role is limited to providing platonic touch and emotional support.

  5. Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during cuddling sessions. Any personal or sensitive information disclosed by the Customer will be kept strictly confidential, except in cases where the Company is legally obligated to disclose such information.

  6. Safety and Comfort: The Company is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all customers. The Customer agrees to respect the Company's rules and guidelines, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

  7. Booking and Cancellation Policy: The Customer agrees to book cuddling sessions in advance, adhering to the Company's scheduling policies. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid any cancellation fees. Customers must cancel or reschedule 48  hours before or reschedule 24 hours before. 

  8. Fees and Payment: The Customer agrees to pay the specified fee for each cuddling session, as communicated by the Company. Payment shall be made in full online before the commencement of each session.

  9. Waiver of Liability: The Customer acknowledges that they are engaging in cuddling services voluntarily and at their own risk. The Customer releases the Company and its professional cuddlers from any liability for any injuries, damages, or emotional distress that may arise during or after the cuddling session. The guidance and advice provided by our team is for informational purposes only and is not meant to serve as medical or clinical of any nature, specific or general, nor the suggestion of any diagnosis or treatment, nor the endorsement of any physician or medical facility.

  10. Termination of Services: The Company reserves the right to terminate the cuddling services at any time if the Customer violates any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement or engages in inappropriate behavior.

  11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
